Clearing cache updates is very simple, first you need to turn off the Windows update service. To do this, type Services and the search drive. Right-click Services, run with admin rights (Run as administrator)


On the new window that opens, double-click Windows Update, and then select Stop to stop the Windows update service.



After the service has stopped, press the Windows + R key combination to open the Run command window. Enter the following link to open the folder related to Update
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\





Next, open the Download folder in the same location, highlight all (Ctrl + A) and then press Delete all. If you require Admin rights, click Continue.



Want to add free disk space, or clean up the DeliveryOptimization folder. To disable Windows Delivery Optimization, type the Check for updates keyword into the Search menu on the Start Menu to open the Update and Security window.




On the Update and Security window, click the Advanced Options link.




In the new window that appears, select the Choose how updates links are delivered to open the Delivery Optimizations installation window.



Here you convert the Windows Delivery Optimization feature to OFF.




After turning off the Delivery Optimization feature, press Windows + R to open Run, then enter the following path, press enter.

C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DeliveryOptimization





Black out all and then press Delete to delete it all.




Finally go back to the Services window, right-click Windows Update and then select Start to open the service.
