Fixed Office error: The function you are attempting to run contains macros

Description: After installing Office 2007 or Office 2010, 2013 or 2016 when running with error message: "The function you are trying to run contains macros or content that requires support for macros. When this software was installed, you (or administrator) chose not to install support for macro controls."

After installing Office 2007 or Office 2010, 2013 or 2016 when running with error message:

"The function you are trying to run contains macros or content that requires support for macros. When this software was installed, you (or administrator) chose not to install support for macro controls."

HOW TO Fixed:


Open Word (Excel, Power Point) up.

Go to Office Button >> Word Options >> Trust center >> Trust center settings >> Add-ins tab >> disable all application add in ... >> ok.

So, from now on you will not be bothered with these new dialogs. "The function you are attempting to run contains macros ..."
