The main difference between the social medias are the profile of the users:
Digital adopters tend to be on Facebook and Messenger
Digital native (90-to 00) tends to be on Facebook, messenger and whatsapp, youtube…
Millenials tends to be on Instagram, whatsapp, twitter and snapchat.


As a company you should be present on all of these channel to catch every customer profile.
