Job Description
*** Sales Activities for NSV' products including CAD/CAM/CAE software, IT Integration Items (such as IT Software, Hardware…). Main assigned product shall be CAD/CAM/CAE software.

        Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
        Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
        Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
        Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries;
        Acting as a contact between NSV and our existing and potential markets;
        Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
        Gathering market and customer information;
        Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and vendors;
        Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
        Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
        Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer;
        Liaising with vendors to check the progress of existing orders;
        Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock;
        Recording sales and order information;
        Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
        Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
        Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
        Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.

***Salary/Other benefits:
- Basic salary for the first year:
from 500 USD/month - Gross
- Allowances: as company policy
- Raising salary yearly as working performance
- Training policy: training courses due to the work demand.
- Labor contract, insurance, annual leave is based on Vietnamese law

Job Requirement
***General Requirements:
- Male/Female, from 25 ages or more,
- Bachelor degree of university in marketing, business administration or relevant majors,
- At least 2 years working experiences included 1 year at Technical field
- English is fluent (reading, speaking, and listening for communication)
- Friendly and have challenge spirits against hard working,
- Understanding of mechanical fields which relating with CAD/CAM/CAE solutions
- Strong analytical and planning skills are desired
- Having business manner and Self-consciousness to be business person

***Working place and hours:
Thang Long Industrial Park 1, Dong Anh, Hanoi; be met and saw off by company’s car every day,
Monday to Friday: 8:15 – 17: 15
Saturday: 8:15 - 12:00(twice holiday per month)
