Update 2019  BIOS has been reset  - Load Optimized Defaults

Just seems like ur bios is not saving your settings so try taking battery out for 10 mins put it back in hope it fixes it if not try updating ur bios thru a USB stick and hope that fixes it for you. If you do both of these and still no luck then there is a problem with ur board I'm afraid.

I had same problem as you I found out that my bios was booting of my backup bios because my main bios was corrupt so everytime I switched my PC off it would reset itself...my motherboard was a cheaper board so I couldn't do steps to fix it sadly so I just returned it and got a better one.

This is the messenger of error:

"BIOS has been reset - Please decide how to continue✅ bios has been reset
- Load optimized default then boot
- Load optimized default then reboot
- Enter BIOS" (In Main Gigabyte: bios has been reset please decide how to continue )
